The scope of this framework describes the activities of Warren BV:

• Development and managing operations of the Warren Mobile App
• Development and managing operations of the Warren Operations Portal web application
• Managing the operations of the Warren pension fund, as assigned by Warren OFP.

Warren OFP, a regulated pension fund provider, operates under the supervision of the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA). This includes:

• FSMA Licensing: Adherence to Belgian pension fund regulation.
• Prudential Requirements: Strict controls on capital adequacy and risk management.
• Reporting Standards: Regular regulatory reporting and external audit compliance.
• Governance Framework: Oversight by a dedicated board and actuarial, audit, compliance and risk key functions.

Warren BV acts as the outsourced partner to Warren OFP, responsible for pension administration, treasury, and investments. Warren BV is the author of this report and holds operational responsibility for the activities described within its scope, which are designed to fulfill the purpose assigned by Warren OFP.

Data Protection Compliance

Warren is subject to GDPR regulation, including the right to data portability. This enhances individuals’ rights around their personal data. We ensure that all aspects of our customer journeys are fully compliant with data protection regulations.

Warren complies with data protection regulations - among others - in the context of its processing operations prior to data analysis.
